We are looking for a Administrative Office Assistant to assist in the operational tasks that occur while running a business. These tasks range from answering the phone to accept and sign for goods as well as assist in accounting and finance matters. Depending on the skill level and/or other factors you could also be asked to join Intuit Management to business meeting to take minutes, oversee and take control on follow-ups resulting of these meetings etc.
Basic requirements:
1. Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level. (No degree is no problem as long as you can convince us you are the rite person)
2. MUST Speak & write fluent English. (Other languages is a plus but English is a absolute must)
3. Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft office (Excel and Words)
4. Must be able to work under the least supervision.
5. Desire to grow and take control.
JOBSCOPE:
In regards to Finance and Accounting 1. Assist in issuing Payment Voucher
2. Assist in issuing Cheques
3. Assist in issuing invoice
4. Assist in issuing Receipt
5. Filing of Payment Vouchers
6. Monitoring of Petty Cash
7. Assist in Registering and Tagging
8. Assist in Cheque Distribution / Collection
9. Filing PCB, EPF and Socso Form
10. Arrangement of Statutory Settlements
11. Bank In Cheque
12. Checking and verification of Staff matters E.g. Claims
In regards to Administrative matters;
1. Assist in goods Collection / Delivery / Distribution
2. Renewal License
3. Bomba
4. Insurance Renewals (Individual + Premises)
5. Administrative File keeping (E.g. Warranty)
In regards to Office upkeep;
1. Stationery Ordering
2. Staff Rations Ordering (E.g.: Order water, pantry)
3. Stock control (E.g. cleaning supplies, light bulbs, etc)
4. Office keys, First Aid Box
5. Cleaning Quality control
Don't worry, you will get a proper on-the-job training and hand-over
