and monitor its' performance with Nagios 3.x
You will learn to monitor parameters like:
- Concurrent SIP, IAX2, ZAP calls
- Asterisk status
- Voice mail boxes
- PRI status
- CPU, Memory, Disk
- DRBD and Heartbeat for Asterisk cluster

- enable SNMP on your Asterisk server
- secure your SNMP enabled Linux machine (SNMP security)
- load the Asterisk MIB's
- understand the OID's of Asterisk
- configure Nagios for Asterisk monitoring
- create and modify PNP graphs for all configured services

Requirements:
1) The workshop will be conducted via WebEx session therefore you need a internet connection and a WebEx compliant PC / Notebook.
2) Participants need basic know-how of Linux and Asterisk.
