March 5, 2009 – Phnom Penh, Cambodia, International Data Group (IDG) and National Information Communications Technology Development Authority (NiDA) are going to celebrate the 5th anniversary of Cambodia ICT World Expo in a new large-scale and prestigious venue, NagaWorld Hotel, Phnom Penh, Cambodia from April 3 to 5, 2009.

The Cambodia ICT & Telecom World Expo has seen remarkable growth and built on its strength from year to year since its inception in 2005. The organizers mark the fifth anniversary by holding the growing event at a new venue and launching interactive concurrent activities for the first time: These are the best 10 ICT products awards, and the e-government symposium.

The theme of Cambodia ICT and Telecommunications World Expo 2009 is “Building a Robust ICT Industry”. The event is organized to speed-up the country’s ICT industry development by calling government sectors, companies, and individual specialists to share their experiences, and for local and international companies to showcase the latest ICT products, services, and technologies during the 3-day event.
